ADHD is a life-long condition. It can be frustrating reaching goals when you experience chaos and stress at home, work and within your relationships.
More Than Just Making Lists is a ten-week intervention program for working professionals and mature students with ADHD.
This intensive ‘Social Cognitive Behavioural therapy’ program focuses on helping you develop practical skills to improve and deal with:
- disorganisation
- procrastination
- impulsivity
- forgetfulness
- emotional functioning
- distraction
- mindfulness
- self-awareness
Each session includes a presentation, real-life examples, small-group discussion as well as exercises to practice in the course and at home. Tips, tricks and strategies that promote successful change are shared in a fun, interactive environment.

Fee Structure
The group is $600 for ten sessions. Program fees can be claimed as psychological services on most health insurance benefit packages or extended health care plans. The CanLearn Society recommends that you check with your insurance provider. Financial assistance may be available to those who qualify.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Payment is necessary to reserve a spot in the group. Your participation is important to us – we are counting on you to be there. If you need to withdraw from the group:
- We will refund all money paid, minus a 20% administrative fee IF you withdraw two weeks or more before the group starts.
- If you withdraw from the group less than two weeks before the group starts, you will not receive a refund.
