Each session includes a presentation, real-life examples, small-group discussion and exercises to practice in the course and at home.

Tips, tricks and strategies that promote successful change are shared in a fun and interactive environment.

Program Fees

This is a fee-for-service program.

Financial Assistance is available for those who need our services but are not able to pay for services because of financial barriers.

The program is delivered by Provisional Psychologists, who are supervised by a Registered Psychologist. Many private and employee benefit plans will cover services provided by Provisionally Registered Psychologists. It is your responsibility to know what your insurance provider will and will not cover.

Note: Groups are subject to cancellation if enrollment is below set minimums.
