NEW Adult ADHD Online Group - Let's Talk ADHD!

Are you an adult struggling with ADHD?

  • Are you ready to make some changes in your life?
  • Do you want to meet with others who have similar issues in their life?

In this 7-week online program, called ‘Let’s Talk ADHD, you will learn skills and tools for managing challenges associated with ADHD in adulthood.

Designed for adults aged 18+. This program utilizes behavioural and cognitive strategies to help address challenges associated with attention and executive functions, such as time management, focus, planning, and motivation. Also discussed in the program are negative thinking patterns and anxiety that can so often co-occur in adults who struggle with ADHD.

Plus, we include different mindfulness and relaxation techniques that you can employ in your everyday life. The program provides psycho-education, discussion, sharing and practice. Each weekly session will be 1.5 hours and led by a Registered or Provisionally Registered Psychologist who understands the unique needs of adults with ADHD.
